RETURN PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE FROM ANY PIN CODE WITHIN INDIA.

Please get in touch with us to obtain a return authorization so that we can handle a return or exchange.

Within seven days of delivery, refunds and exchanges are accepted. The things you want to return must be received exactly as they were sent to you—new and unused.

RETURN PICKUP

Return pick-up requires seven to ten days because we have to submit the request through our aggregator before the courier partner is assigned to it. Since return pickups are made without the customer's packing or paper, the courier service must arrange for the product's packaging. The courier service is then accountable for returning the product to us safely. This process is time-consuming, and return pickup is not offered at all locations. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.

REFUNDS
